The trade mark Marie Morin was born out of a simple engagement for preparing products of exceptional quality taste.
HISTORY OF MARIE MORIN :
- 1994
- Marie and Alain Morin embarked on this adventure in the preparation of desserts. The first desserts to be available on the market would be the caramel custard, sold in individual units of small glass pots.
- 1996
- Launching of the traditionnal chocolate mousse, a prime product of Marie Morin France.
- 1998
- One after the other, all the other sons, Bruno, David & Eric joined the family business.
- 2004
- David Morin launches a north american factory: Marie Morin Canada. Now, the traditionnal creme brulée is available in grocery stores.
- 2006
- Obtained the HACCP certification (hazard analysis critical control points) proof of the good quality of our desserts.
- 2009
- Marie Morin shines in Canada, the creme brulée is available in most groceries and has just entered the US market.
- 2010
- Marie Morin Canada expands the private brand. The quality team worked towards the GFSI certification (Global Food Safety Initiative), quality standard for excellence on world food issues.
